3rd Nuclear Disarmament Days (France), Vitry-sur-Seine 10/3/2006 - 12/3/2006

From 10th to 12th March 2006, the 3rd "Nuclear Disarmament Days" event will be held in Vitry-Sur-Seine in France. The event, organised by Abolition 2000 France will have workshops, discussions and plenary sessions dealing with the current situation regarding nuclear weapons, as well as strategies for nuclear disarmament.

German Parliament To Debate US Nuclear Withdrawal

A resolution introduced in the German Parliament last week calls for the withdrawal of U.S. nuclear weapons from Germany. The resolution, which was submitted by nine parliamentarians from the newly formed party Die Linken, also calls for the German Air Force to end its controversial NATO mission to deliver U.S.
nuclear bombs in times of war.
