French nuclear missile test stoped by non-violent activists

The second ACBM French missile M51 was supposed to be tested this morning at the Test site center of Biscarosse, near Bordeaux.

"Civilian inspectors" of non-violent NGOs entered the site to oppose the launch scheduled this morning. At the present time, 5:00pm Paris time, the stopping is successful.

As France is a so-called "Nuclear State", no inspectors of IAEA are allowed for the follow-up of the French nuclear arsenal, so France can easely violate the Non-Proliferation Treaty statements of year 2000 and develop new capabilities as this new missile of much longer range (10,000 km) for possible strikes to China.

This new arms race must be condemned by the international community.
